The hotel was impeccably clean and in a good location, the staff were super-friendly. Our room was neat and functional with coffee, comfortable bed, for example and met every demand. The breakfast was unforgetable on roof top, really enjoyed it. We didn't want to say goodbye, recommend...

This place is exceptionally clean, with a very welcoming and pleasant staff, neat and functional rooms, and an exceptionally comfortable bed with extra amenities in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is convenient.
The attitude of the staff was atrocious - with the exception of the day and night desk clerks, who were both ok. Especially the guy serving breakfast was a complete tool - making faces and being generally obnoxious.

Location not far from the center and the port, only location is worth mentioning,no other good points
staff behaviour is very strange, reception staff did not smile at any point, barman is smashing the plates, making noise, showing how his job is difficult

We think it's a nice base for staying in Naples. A nice bar does the trick. The view from the rooftop terrace.
Noisy street.

wether you plan to stay just overnight to catch a plane, a train, or a ferry, this is the perfect place. Good loction, quiet side street. Very friendly and accomodating reception desk. Rooms are adequately sized for a short stay. Ammenties are adequate; nothing fancy. What is outstanding is the breakfast area on the roof veranda. Inviting to stay the whole day and watch Naples wake up. Breakfast is "Italian": coffee, bread, sweet rolls.
Access for handicapped people might be difficult for guests wirth wheelchairs. A handful of steps "block" the access to the elevator.

The loction is just perfect. You can walk to shopping area, historical area, restaurants and to the port. The price is great. I would stay another time in this hotel.
The rooms are a bit small (not a big problem). The breakfast could be much better.

We liked the location in the city center, walking distance to the port and all main sights. The hotel staff was friendly and they spoke good English. Breakfast was good (especially cappuccino), served on the rooftop terrace.
We had booked room for non smokers and were given room that smelt of cigarette smoke. The elevator was small and scary.
